- How are your products made?
Majority of our items are made by distinct and highly skilled Filipino workers. We take pride in the work that we do as well as in the people who contribute to making our products. We believe that what makes our products special is the quality, uniqueness, work and thought put into them- not only by the workers but also our customers themselves.
When it comes to materials, we only use genuine wood, fabric, paper, etc. We make sure that our products are made by persons defined by their knowledge and expertise. Include pa? We don’t sacrifice quality for lower prices. We give our customers their money’s worth.
- Where can your products be used? Can they be used outdoors?
About shipping and delivery:
- What do I need to know about shipping & deliveries?
For more secure deliveries, we use available delivery couriers within Metro Manila, however we highly encourage self pick-ups for more fragile items.
Strictly no return and no exchange once items have been approved, paid for and delivered. We will not be liable for third courier damages, delays or losses.
- Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes! We do cater to deliveries outside Metro Manila both internationally and domestically. Kindly let in touch with us directly for deliveries outside the Metro.
